About LOYAC Jordan
Building bridges between education and gainful employment since 2008
Our Mission
LOYAC is a locally-driven social enterprise that aims to improve employability and increase the personal agency of youth in Jordan, aged 16β24, so that they are able to lead independent, productive, and fulfilling professional and personal lives.
Our Vision
Youth in Jordan work and engage with others as empowered, self-motivated, and fulfilled individuals that nurture, inspire, and effectively contribute to their families, their workplaces, and their communities.
Our Goal
To build a bridge between the worlds of education and gainful employment for youth by:
Empowering young people to effectively develop and transform their skills and preferences into employment.
Promoting access to work experience and soft skills and in-house job training through internships.
Increasing the recognition of voluntary work and community services as working experience.

Our Story
LOYAC was established in 2008 as a grassroots social enterprise run by volunteer women, who leveraged their connections to create summer jobs and internship opportunities for youth in Jordan to help prepare them for the job market after they graduate.
Since then, LOYAC Jordan has grown into a leading youth empowerment organization, training over 21,000 young people and placing more than 17,000 in internships. Our matrix of programs provides diverse skills training and internships in the private sector for students and fresh graduates.
